At InOrder, we know our software is just one of many tools you use. Our extensive training programs take you through InOrder so you can get the most from it; from basic use to advanced InOrder "total ownership".
Manager Training
We fully realize that some of your managers may not have selected InOrder as the first choice. We've found the best way to implement the software is to train all managers prior to training users. That way, everyone is on board. To aid in familiarity, Manager training occurs after data conversion. During training, managers are encouraged to ask questions and understand InOrder in a safe, friendly, collaborative environment. This is critical because managers will assist in the training of users.
User Training
We provide multiple onsite user training sessions tailored to your company's InOrder purchase and implementation of the software. An InOrder instructor conducts each session and class sizes are limited to 15 students to ensure maximum interaction between users and the instructor. Once training is complete - it is augmented with access to InOrder's Knowledge Base, a series of InOrder User Manuals, InOrder's context sensitive help within the software and access to our informed and professional customer support personnel.
Crystal Reports Training
Report environment training empowers your employees to customize and edit the more than 200 InOrder reports supplied to you at installation. Formal Crystal Reports training is supplied by Business Objects at various locations around the country. The Introductory Report Design and Crystal Info Administrator courses are strongly recommended. We supplement Introductory Crystal Reports training with specific InOrder report environment training. This includes report design, InOrder's data dictionary and database design.
